Ingredients for 4 servings:

Squid 450 g
Olive oil 100 ml
Salt and black pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Green olives for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Turn on all gas grill burners to maximum power. Close the grill and let it heat up for 5 minutes. Clean and oil the grill grate.
  2. Thoroughly pat the squid carcasses with a paper towel. Put the squid carcasses in a bowl and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Grill the squid on the hottest side on both sides until golden brown, and then transfer to a serving dish and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices and green olives.
