Ingredients for 4 servings:

Wheat flour 5 tbsp.
Chicken breast 2 pcs.
Black olives 15 pcs.
Green olives stuffed with red pepper 10 pcs.
Garlic 2 cloves
Sherry 50 ml.
Olive oil 4 tbsp.
Dried thyme 1 pinch
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Roll in flour. Fry in olive oil until it's golden brown.
  2. In the meantime, cut the olives into thin rings.
  3. Remove the fried chicken from the frying pan and put it in a saucepan. Pour a little boiling water, sherry, sprinkle with thyme and squeeze out a clove of garlic into a frying pan with the remaining oil from the chicken.
  4. Boil all this for three minutes and pour this liquid over the chicken in a saucepan. Put on a slow fire, simmer for 15 minutes, then pour in the olives and then simmer for the same amount of time.
