Ingredients for 2 servings:

Tiger prawns 400 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Thyme 3 springs
Olive oil 5 ml
Butter 20 g
Salt 1 pinch
Dry white wine 50 ml

Preparation:

  1. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and butter, chopped garlic and thyme, stir for a couple of minutes.
  2. Put the shrimp in a frying pan. Fry for a minute and a half on each side. In general, you need to flip when the lower half is red. The main thing at this stage is not to overdo it, it's better to undercook a little.
  3. Add wine to the shrimp, evaporate the alcohol (30 seconds), remove from the heat and cover for a couple of minutes. Under the lid, the shrimp will definitely get cooked and will not become rubbery.
