Ingredients for 10 servings:

Wheat flour 500 gr.
Water 500 ml.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered sugar to taste
Olive oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Boil water with salt. Add flour and stir well so that there are no lumps. You can use a mixer.
  2. Cover with a towel and leave to cool. Then fill the pastry syringe with the dough. Boil oil on the pan.
  3. Squeeze the dough into strips or pretzels into a frying pan and fry until it's golden, turn it over once ready on one side.
  4. Take it out and put it on a dry napkin or towel so that the fat and oil drain off. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
