Ingredients for 4 servings:

Iceberg salad 1 piece
Lightly salted salmon 100 g
Cherry tomatoes 16 pieces
Quail egg 8 pieces
Parsley 15 g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Extra Virgin olive oil 4 ст.л.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Инструкция по приготовлению:

  1. Rinse the salad. Cut the head into small pieces and dry it on a napkin. Boil the quail egg in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then immediately transfer to cold water and allow to cool completely. Peel and cut each egg in half.
  2. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut into 4 parts, season with salt. Rinse and dry the parsley.
  3. For the sauce, whisk lemon juice, olive oil and parsley in a blender until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the salad on a plate with a slide. Cut the salmon into thin slices or cubes, put on a salad. Add slices of cherry tomatoes and halves of quail eggs. Garnish with the resulting sauce before serving.
